Enlistment :(a) NCC Air Wing Senior Division "C" declaration procured on or after 06 Aug 15 is required. (b) Minimum of 60% denotes each in Maths and Physics at 10+2 level and Graduate with least three year degree course in any teach from a perceived University who have accomplished least 60% imprints or proportional. or, on the other hand least of 60% denotes each in Maths and Physics at 10+2 level and BE/B Tech degree (Four years course) with at least 60% imprints or comparable or cleared segment An and B examination of Associate Membership of Institute Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India from a perceived University with least 60% imprints or proportionate are additionally qualified.
Age:20 to 24 years as on 01 July 2018 i.e. Conceived between 02 July 1994 to 01 July 1998.
Ground Duty (Non-specialized) Meteorology 203/18G/PC/M 203/18G/SSC/M &W
Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in any Science stream/Mathematics/Statistics/Geography/Computer Applications/Environmental Science/Applied Physics/Oceanography/Meteorology/Agricultural Meteorology/Ecology and Environment/Geo-material science/Environmental Biology with least of half stamps in total of all papers set up together (Provided Maths and Physics were learned at Graduation Level with at least 55% checks in both).
Age: 20 to 26 years as on 01 July 2018 i.e. Conceived between 02 July 1992 to 01 July 1998 (the two dates comprehensive).
Kind OF COMMISSION: PC for Men. Applicants joining as PC officers would keep on serving till the period of superannuation. SSC for Men and Women. (a) The Engagement time frame for SSC flying branch is fourteen years from the date of Commissioning (Not extendable). (b) The underlying residency for SSC officers in Meteorology Branch would be for a time of ten years. An expansion of four years might be conceded subject to ability, reasonableness, benefit necessities and accessibility of opportunities. Note: LLB qualified competitors (in the wake of appointing) may persuade a chance to be utilized on lawful obligations of the IAF.
Determination Procedure: All candidates whose applications are put together by due date will be called for testing at one of the Air Force Selection Boards (AFSBs) at Dehradun, Mysore, Gandhinagar or Varanasi.
The testing would comprise of three phases as given beneath: (a) Stage-I. Officer Intelligence Rating Test alongside Picture Perception and discourse test will be led on the main day. Stage-I test is a screening test and just the individuals who qualify would experience resulting testing.
All Stage-I qualified hopefuls would be subjected to record check to determine their qualification for the branch connected for. Competitors who either don't qualify in Stage-I or don't meet the required qualification criteria would be sent back on the principal day itself. (b) Stage-II. Mental test, Group Tests and Interview would initiate after report check for the following five days. (c) For Flying Brach. Modernized Pilot Selection System (CPSS) would be regulated to suggested applicants as it were. This is rare test. Hopefuls who have fizzled the CPSS/PABT in a prior endeavor or a Flight Cadet suspended from flying preparing at Air Force Academy won't be qualified to apply.
