Instructive Qualifications:
(1) Graduate Degree from an UGC perceived college in 10+2+3 configuration. Post graduation and expert capability should be given extra weightage.
(2) Should have no less than 3 years encounter as OFFICER in COLLECTION/RECOVERY in Banks/HFC's/NBFC's (for age not surpassing 28 years). For age unwinding, similar extra experience would be required.
(3) Should be acquainted with credit/legitimate/specialized process required in home advance approvals/dispensing, recuperation and NPA administration/SARFAESI Proceedings.
(4) Should have great correspondence and interpersonal abilities.
(5) Knowledge of the Hindi/Gujarati/Marathi dialect other than familiarity with English is an unquestionable requirement.
(6) Should be prepared to travel widely.
