➽ HPSC Civil Judge Job Details

HPSC welcomes online applications from qualified contender for topping off 109 Vacancies of Civil Judge (Junior Division) in the Haryana Civil Service (Judicial Branch) Examination 2017. The last date for accommodation of online applications is 24th April 2017.

Age Relaxation: Upto 5 years for SC/ST and BC of Haryana just, Un-wedded ladies of Haryana State just, Women of Haryana State whose spouses have been requested y common/criminal courts to pay upkeep to them; ladies whose husbands have remarried; dowagers; ladies who are lawfully isolated from their husbands or have been separated; ladies living independently from their husbands for over two years in light of departure; wives of serving crippled military work force and widows of the individuals who were slaughtered in real life. Ladies living independently from their spouses because of renunciation will be required to submit with her application, a testimony such that she has been abandoned by her significant other and has been living independently from him for over two years and this affirmation ought to be countersigned by two dependable people, for example, individuals from the Legislative Assembly, Local Bodies Panchayats and the Bar Association. Basic Qualification:

(1) Candidates holds a level of Bachelor of Laws from a University set up by the law and endorsed/perceived by the Bar Council of India.

(2) The expression "Level of Bachelor of Laws" means a degree qualifying a possibility for be selected as an Advocate under the Advocate Act, 1961, and the guidelines made there under.

Determination Process: Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Viva-Voce

Application Fee: The online application expenses which is payable at all branches of State Bank of India or State Bank of Patiala.

(a) ₹ 1000/ - for Male competitors of General classification including Dependent Son of Ex-Servicemen of Haryana (AND) Male hopefuls of General and all saved classes of different States.

(b) ₹ 250/ - for every Female applicant of General classification including Female Dependent of ESM of Haryana (AND) For Male and Female competitors of SC/BC-A&B/EBP(GC)/ESM classes of Haryana (AND) For Female hopefuls of General and all saved classifications of different states.

(c) No expense for all Physically Handicapped competitors (with no less than 40% incapacity) classifications of Haryana as it were.
